Legal Process - The Constables' Office's primary function is the service
of court process. Our process division routinely handles matters relative to
Divorce, Child Support Enforcement, Collections, Landlord Tenant relations, as well as
Personal Injury Law. Our Officers are better trained than anyone, in the execution
of these matters. For service that will exceed your expectations, email us or call Monday through

computer program available today to run your Process and Investigation Divisions.
The program has many features and abilities not available in other
products. It is fully network compliant, completely customizable, extremely robust

Officer
Training Program(s) - The Constables' Office currently offers
a varied curriculum for those desiring a successful career in Constable, Sheriff
and Law Enforcement areas. Primary "Constable/Deputy Sheriff"
training, Defensive Tactics as well as a broad spectrum of Self Defensive and Firearms
Training are all offered on a regular basis. For additional information or

Agency Head's
Brief Profile
I am Scott Goodkowsky and have been the
Constable in Charge here since November 15, 1991. I am a sworn officer in the
Cities of Chicopee, Holyoke, Westfield and Springfield. I am a
graduate of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council. I am certified as a
Defensive Tactics Instructor by both P.P.C.T Management Systems, as well
as, Smith and Wesson's National Firearms
Training Center. I am furthermore certified as a Chemical Weapons
Instructor. I am primarily responsible for the office, it's staff and am the
senior training officer for our academy. My life's passion is
spending time with our three dogs,
Oliver,
Rosie, and
Ariel,
who are in the office whenever I am. I further enjoy
motorcycling, skeet shooting, boating and I am a licensed
private pilot.
My greatest accomplishment however, was marrying
Kelli
(formerly Kelli Bailey, Old Wethersfield CT). Kelli runs the Histology Lab in a local hospital (so
if you need a good deal on a sebaceous cyst, she can hook you up). Kelli also is a
licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher who keeps a private practice in Chicopee
Center (right above the Constables' Office). Interested parties can book
appointments directly by calling Kelli at (413) 594-8100. We live in western
Massachusetts with the dogs
and two cats, "Georgette and Aretha".
